Packaging
The packaging is tailored to each type of item (extra-rigid envelopes, well-protected items in parcels, etc.).
Delivery costs include packaging and postal shipping, either via tracked letter or tracked Colissimo without signature.

Orders are dispatched promptly within 48 hours of receiving your payment. I will notify you by email as soon as your order has been sent.
For special orders (large formats or custom requests), delivery may require a signature. In this case, an additional cost will apply; please contact me for details.
Delivery delays cannot give rise to compensation or damages. Unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, delivery costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
